A note on dental health
If your dog has cracked, worn, missing, or repaired teeth, we will not recommend hard chews — horn, hooves, and firm cheese blocks can do real damage to a compromised tooth. The Chew Finder caps those dogs at our softest option and tells you to talk to your veterinarian first. Whatever your dog chews, supervise them and take the piece away once it is small enough to swallow whole.
