Is shipping free?

Yes — every order over $35 ships free. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout. Wholesale and sample orders are quoted separately and don't qualify for free shipping.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders placed before 1pm CT on a business day leave our shop the same day. Everything else ships the next business day. You'll get tracking by email as soon as the label is created.

How do I get 10% off my first order?

Join our email list anywhere on the site and we'll send a one-time 10% off code for your first order. It can't be combined with wholesale pricing.

What are your return and satisfaction policies?

Every order is covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your pet won't touch it, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund or swap it. Unopened, unused items in resalable condition can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Who qualifies for wholesale pricing?

Independent pet shops, groomers, boarding and daycare facilities, veterinary clinics, and rescues with a valid resale certificate or tax ID. Applications are reviewed within two business days.

What is the wholesale minimum?

A wholesale order is $500 or more. Tier 3 is $500+ per order at 20% off, Tier 2 is $1,000+ at 30% off, and Tier 1 is $2,000+ at 40% off. Wholesale orders don't qualify for free shipping — we quote freight at checkout.

Can I try the product before committing to a $500 order?

Yes. Request a $250 sample order through our contact page and we'll set it up so you can see how your customers respond before you commit to a full tier.

What's the difference between yak cheese chews and the horn collection?

Accepted Answer

Yak cheese chews are pressed yak-milk churpi that soften as they're chewed. Our horn collection currently brings together dense water buffalo horn, horn cores, rope toys, braided chews, mountain goat horns, and buffalo hooves. Check each product for its specific texture and chewing guidance.
